Priority Labs currently has two Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes which are capable of inspection and digital capturing of samples at magnifications from 250 to 100K+. This provides valuable surface topology information that is useful for cross-sections, defect inspection, surface analysis, elemental analysis and materials analysis.
